Extol is seeking a process-oriented Supply Chain Manager to lead purchasing, logistics, and material handling operations. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and execute supply chain strategies that enhance quality, reduce costs, and support innovation in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The Ideal Candidate

• Leads with a hands-on, collaborative approach to managing purchasing, logistics, and inventory operations.
• Builds trusted relationships with suppliers and internal teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and performance.
• Identifies and solves supply chain challenges proactively, balancing cost, quality, and delivery requirements.
• Brings a strategic mindset to process improvement, developing scalable systems and measurable KPIs.
• Navigates complexity with confidence, making data-informed decisions that drive efficiency and reduce lead times.
• Champions Extol’s values in everyday interactions and inspires accountability and excellence across the team.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or business (master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain/purchasing/materials management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
• Demonstrated strength in problem-solving and improving processes.
• Strong understanding of material management principles.
