Job Description

Intermediate/Senior UX Designer – Agentic AI Knowledge Management and Decision Assist Platforms

We’re seeking a passionate, collaborative UX Designer to join our team, crafting innovative user experiences for our cutting-edge Agentic AI knowledge management and decision-assist platforms across both consumer and military spaces. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping tools that transform complex AI interactions into intuitive, impactful solutions for strategic decision-making.

As part of our team, you will help ensure that our products provide an intuitive user experience which distills complex information into clear, actionable insights, and help us solve tomorrow’s problems—not just today’s. Our forward-thinking approach has consistently paid off, and we need your creativity and insight to continue anticipating future challenges and developing innovative solutions that keep us ahead of the curve.

This is a fully remote or hybrid role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead user experience initiatives from concept to delivery, designing intuitive interactions for advanced AI-driven products.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deeply understand business objectives and user needs.
  • Reason effectively about technical constraints and opportunities, ensuring your UX solutions align with both user and business requirements.
  • Proactively communicate ideas, progress, and design rationale clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Flexibly adapt across various roles and challenges, maintaining an open, curious mindset.
  • Act as a force multiplier, amplifying team productivity through your proactive engagement and supportive collaboration.

Who You Are:

  • Emotionally intelligent and self-aware, able to recognize and thoughtfully manage your emotional state.
  • Excited by the potential of innovative technology, particularly Agentic AI solutions, and motivated intrinsically by learning and growth.
  • Effective communicator with the polish and presence to confidently convey ideas and navigate discussions, including sensitive defense-related topics without ideological bias.
  • Independent, proactive contributor who thrives in dynamic environments, taking initiative to drive impactful outcomes.
  • Seek to bring out the best in your colleagues, celebrate their success, and help them grow as people and professionals.
  • Skilled at challenging and elevating team ideas in constructive, supportive ways. You speak the truth in a kind and respectful manner, with the end goal of building up the team and culture.
  • Actively seeks feedback in order to manage and improve your contribution to the team

Requirements:

  • Willingness and ability to obtain a security clearance
  • US Citizenship required for this role
  • Proven experience as an intermediate or senior UX Designer, with a robust portfolio showcasing thoughtful, user-centered design solutions.
  • Expertise in UX/UI design tools and methods (user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing), including Figma.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong EQ, communication skills, and collaborative approach.

Experience Level:

  • Intermediate level (3+ years of relevant professional experience)

Our Team Culture:

We believe in hiring exceptional individuals who elevate others. We explicitly avoid "brilliant jerks"—no matter your talent or experience, kindness, humility, authenticity, and respectfulness are essential.

Join us in building powerful tools that blend advanced AI capabilities with user-centric design to empower critical decision-making.
