Overview:

We are seeking a Microsoft Power BI Developer to design and deliver enterprise-level dashboards and data models. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Power BI, Databricks, Azure services, and data engineering practices to support business intelligence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
• Build secure, scalable data models using DAX and Power Query
• Integrate Power BI with Databricks and Azure SQL databases
• Ensure data accuracy, performance, and security
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and meet reporting needs

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Power BI development
• Strong skills in Power BI, DAX, Databricks, Azure Data Services
• Experience in data modeling, BI architecture, and report optimization
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
• Reinsurance industry knowledge is a plus

Preferred:

• Microsoft Power BI or Azure certification
• Familiarity with dbt, SSRS, and enterprise BI environments

***Pay Rate- $120-$125/hour
