Responsibilities

• Responsible for the company's AMS cost planning, cost-commercial management, and regional office portfolio, including current/new sites and projects.
• Advise on commercial perspectives and facilitate decisions to establish new sites/projects.
• Collaborate with different teams to prepare cost information and decision points.
• Collect and analyze real estate and construction-related market data to drive project lifecycle decisions.
• Establish and implement effective cost planning and management systems for projects.
• Manage project/portfolio budgets to minimize exposure and risk.
• Participate in feasibility studies and establish project target costs and budgets.
• Review cost plans and estimates prepared by consultants.
• Manage all facets of pre-construction, bidding, and award processes.
• Responsible for project cost updates, cash flow, expenditure forecasts, variations management, and final account processes.
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/MBA (or equivalent experience) with coursework in architecture, surveying, real estate, construction, business administration, or related fields.
• 5+ years of cost planning and management experience in real estate and construction markets.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, effective in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical thinking, self-motivated, growth-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professionally qualified in MRICS or equivalent (preferred).
• Good understanding of the local real estate market; knowledge of property leasing in AMS is preferred.
• Leadership potential, strategic thinking, and an innovative mindset.

Job Information

Salary Range: $117,600 - $185,900 annually, depending on qualifications, skills, and location. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid leave, and more. Benefits may vary by location.
