  • Serve as a strategic partner to stakeholders, bringing structure to ambiguity and momentum to projects
  • Propose innovative learning solutions that are both practical and performance-driven
  • Design Needs Analysis and Design Recommendation presentations (in PowerPoint) to present to high level executive teams
  • Facilitate alignment across business units and SMEs while keeping learners at the center
  • Apply modern learning design strategies—including AI-enhanced tools—to elevate engagement and outcomes
  • Operate confidently within an established project management, governance, and QA/QC process

Skills & Experience Requirements:

  • Degree in Instructional Technologies, Education, Organizational Development, or equivalent professional experience
  • Exceptional knowledge of adult learning principles, best practices, and current trends
  • 10+ years’ experience in hybrid learning design and development for large corporate clients
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills—you’re as comfortable with executives as you are with SMEs
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to quickly assess challenges and recommend effective learning solutions
  • Familiarity designing with accessibility in mind
  • Experience in financial services is highly preferred
  • Ability to screenshare samples of work during a Zoom or MS Teams interview

Start: Early- to mid-May targeted.

Duration: 6-12 months anticipated.

Hours: Because this is project-based work, billable hours will vary based on assignment of work and consultant availability. Working hours will be flexible.

Location: 100% virtual.
