Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Shipping Manager at Morozko Forge, LLC in Phoenix, AZ. The Shipping Manager will report to the Operations Engineer and coordinate with the Operations Analyst, sales staff, and Production Crew Chiefs. The Shipping Manager will:

Compensation & Benefits
The Shipping Manager is a salaried, overtime exempt position expected to pay between $55,000 and $65,000 per year, depending upon the qualifications of the applicant, plus performance bonuses based on shipping productivity and volumes. The successful applicant can expect:
Morozko does not offer health insurance or other benefits, except the legal minimum paid time off. The Shipping Manager position will be eligible for profit-sharing, if and when Morozko implements such as program.
