Taylor Corporation is looking for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk in our White Bear Lake, MN facility! Responsibilities include performing physical and/or administrative duties related to shipping, handling, receiving, storing, counting, packaging, and distributing equipment, materials, merchandise, and similar items. Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, record shortages and rejects damaged goods, and enter into the inventory control system. Manage raw and finished goods inventory in the warehouse, pull product to deliver to the production floor, pick, wrap and pack products for shipment, and use various shipping systems for FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Assist in monthly inventory cycle counting and may operate forklifts or other equipment to load, unload, transport, and store goods. Additional duties include assembling orders, recording shipment data, receiving and unpacking materials, reporting damages and discrepancies, and completing shipping and receiving reports. Shift is 1st Shift; Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm. Requirements include basic computer and math skills, ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English, ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and regularly lift up to 50 pounds. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of material handling equipment and a high school diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years’ experience.
