Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced lead gen candidate that is extremely driven by success, with the ability, acumen and finesse to effectively represent Touchstone IQ’s software products and complementary services. The primary focus will be on the Touchstone IQ for Buildings SaaS product, which is targeted at building owners, property managers, corporate real estate, and private entities. This role will report directly to the Sales Account Executive, so this individual must be self-motivated, highly polished, and eager to rapidly grow – and growth with – Touchstone IQ.

Compensation
Base salary of $55,000 based on experience. Lead gen and sales-based commission is competitive for this role and in the tech sales field. Details discussed with potential employees during interview process.
Additional benefits include healthcare insurance, Denver RTD EcoPass, a dog-friendly office, a hybrid work schedule, generous vacation days as well as a matching 401k package. Must be willing to work 3 days in-office (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday).
