You have basic construction knowledge . ️ You know your way around a toolbox and can tell the difference between drywall and plywood. You’ve got real estate experience with value-add opportunities. You see potential where others see problems and can spot a diamond in the rough . You possess a keen eye for details. Nothing escapes your notice , from a tiny crack in the ceiling to a misplaced decimal in the budget. You don’t mind driving. Hitting the road to visit properties and scout opportunities is your idea of a good day at work. Must haves: 1+ years in a role dealing with residential real estate or construction. Active Real Estate License is a HUGE plus. Residential construction knowledge is a HUGE plus. Must live in San Diego County and be willing and able to drive a lot. This is a virtual position (rarely a need to go to an office) BUT it also requires a lot of time in the car driving to properties. We provide a vehicle allowance and gas card. Must have a reliable laptop computer (FYI - we’re Apple fans), high speed internet, and a quiet place for focused work at home. What you will do: Oversee project pipelines, ensuring they stay on time, within budget, and maintain high quality by defining and executing Scope of Work, design, and budget. Act as an ambassador between WeRevive and the new owner, delivering exceptional products and maximizing ROI. Keep projects moving by solving problems, negotiating bids, managing contracts, and overseeing progress. Conduct site visits to ensure quality standards are met; complete punch walks and final handoffs. Coordinate weekly Accounts Payable to crews and vendors. Know every project's details, conduct acquisition budget walks, develop strategies, and assist with seller disclosures. Assist with list pricing, disposition strategy, listing partner communication, and post-sale warranty repairs. Address neighbor issues and enforce safety regulations. Handle any challenges to achieve our goals and uphold our values! Compensation: $80k + Bonuses. Strong potential to earn over $100k. $500/mo vehicle allowance + gas card.
