Ascendo Resources is proud to partner with a premier provider of organic, 100% grass-fed beef in the search for a Production Supervisor ! This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Pedricktown, NJ , offering a competitive salary of $70,000–$80,000 , a 10% annual bonus , and a comprehensive benefits package .

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience; bachelor’s degree a plus
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the food industry
• Ability to work in a fast-faced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Strong proficiency with MS Office
• Strong conflict management skills and ability to mentor staff
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 60 lbs
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support Production Associates to resolve daily production issues
• Oversee machinery operations, including film, label, and die changes
• Coordinate production planning to meet daily targets and customer orders
• Ensure raw materials and equipment are ready and meet quality standards
• Enforce compliance with GMP, safety protocols, and proper use of PPE
• Train and monitor team performance; provide feedback and address issues with HR support
• Communicate with Quality and Sanitation teams to meet hygiene standards
• Collaborate with Maintenance to ensure safe, functional equipment
• Promote teamwork, maintain high morale, and support continuous improvement
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and other assigned duties
