Starting Wage: $23.17 per hour with increase to job-specific rate upon qualification
The starting pay rate for this position is $23.17 per hour depending on your role, level, and location. We are currently seeking manufacturing candidates for heavy industrial work to join our team in our box plant in Minneapolis, MN. This position is an exciting opportunity to learn all aspects of a corrugated container facility and become qualified to perform any position! This expands your knowledge of the plant and allows you more options in determining your career path forward.
Primary duties include:
Safely performing a wide range of tasks supporting the manufacturing areas, that include
handling corrugated product, conducting quality checks, materials set-up, and maintaining a clean and
organized workspace.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safe, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery, and have a desire to advance within the company.

What you need to succeed:
At least 18 years old and high school diploma or equivalent.
Solid work history.
Heavy industrial manufacturing or prior box plant experience preferred.
Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations.
Ability to lift, push, pull heavy product, navigate stairs, stand, walk, and bend throughout the entire shift.
Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific direction, and other duties as assigned.
Maintain a clean work environment.
Ability to read a tape measure, basic math, and computer skills.
