The principal responsibilities of this position include assisting operations/compliance policy services team in supporting the business programs. This includes supporting timely Policy Issuance in the PolicyGo system of new and renewal policies, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements and audits. General support duties include Policy Systems Support, Claims support, and Premium Audit Support.
