Position: Medical Research Assistant (Clinical Trials)

Full-Time Positions:

Hours: M-F or weekends. All shifts open

Benefits: Full Medical benefits, 401K, Paid Holidays

Pay Rate Range: $20-$22 hourly - Max

PRN Part-Time Positions:

Hours: PRN PT, Flexible schedule week to week. All shifts open

Shifts: All shifts open

Overview:

We are currently seeking Medical Research Assistants (Clinical Trials) to join our diverse and dynamic team. The Medical Research Assistant is integral in the execution of all aspects of the clinical trial, will have direct patient contact and is responsible for ensuring that all clinical trial activities are performed as outlined by the clinical trial protocol. As a Medical Research Assistant, you will also be responsible for performing the task(s) as per clinical trial protocol, ICON Early Phase Services SOPs, FDA, ICH GCP, and utilizing proper source documentation techniques; and participate in clinical trial meetings and training as warranted by the study protocols.

What we look for in a Research Assistant:

  • Experience in clinical research or related medical/Healthcare fields.
  • Experience with direct patient care/interaction required.
  • Strong patient communication skills and personality is important for this role.
  • Phlebotomy/Blood draw experience is Highly preferred for these openings.
  • Collection of biological samples and patient vitals signs experience.
  • HS/GED diploma minimum.
  • AS or BS/BA degree is preferred
  • BLS, ACLS, CMA or Phlebotomy certifications are preferred but not required.
