Required skills:

• Skills typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline, and 5 years of related experience.
• Proficient with SolidWorks and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to learn.
• Proficient in self-management within a team environment
• Time Management: The ability to allocate time efficiently, set priorities, and meet deadlines without constant supervision.
• Task Organization : Being able to plan and organize individual tasks and responsibilities in a way that aligns with the team's objectives.
• Adaptability : Being flexible and adaptable to changes in the team environment, adjusting individual efforts to contribute positively to the team's progress.

Communication : Effectively communicating progress, challenges, and contributions to the team, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
