A prestigious law firm in Downtown San Diego is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join its dynamic Labor and Employment Group. About the Role
As a Litigation Paralegal in the Labor and Employment Group, you’ll be part of a team that advises and defends employers in complex matters, including:
The team serves a wide range of clients, from public entities and corporations to non-profits and public-private partnerships. You’ll engage in all phases of labor and employment matters, including litigation in federal and state courts—from drafting pleadings and managing discovery to trial preparation and appeal.
Key Responsibilities
This position also includes meeting a 1575 billable hour annual budget , traveling as needed for case support, and demonstrating reliable attendance on-site.

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $45.67–$54.32 , reflecting the firm’s commitment to recognizing talent and experience. Actual compensation is based on qualifications, skills, and years of experience.
