Job Description

This opportunity is ideal for a sharp, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment supporting multiple attorneys on complex commercial litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support through all phases of litigation, from case inception to trial and post-trial.
  • Assist in managing large-scale litigation, including document review, discovery, and filings.
  • Prepare for and attend trials, manage logistics, coordinate vendors, and set up war rooms.
  • Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
  • Work with attorneys on deposition preparation and trial binders.
  • Handle eDiscovery responsibilities using platforms such as Relativity; coordinate with external vendors as needed.
  • Maintain case calendars and track critical deadlines.
  • Assist in mentoring junior paralegals and contributing to process improvements.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of complex commercial litigation experience, ideally at an AM Law or similarly fast-paced firm.
  • Proven trial experience, including preparation, logistics, and attendance.
  • Strong technical proficiency in eDiscovery platforms (Relativity preferred), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing last-minute requests with precision.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with attorneys and staff across offices.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience supporting multiple attorneys at a large or mid-sized law firm.
  • Familiarity with high-profile, large-scale cases
  • Background managing complex trial logistics and acting as the go-to resource in high-pressure situations.
