Our client, a respected nonprofit organization, is seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Inbound Call Agent to join their team. This position plays a crucial role as the first point of contact for the organization's supporters, clients, and donors. Key Responsibilities:
+ Handle incoming calls from donors, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and with empathy.
+ Provide accurate information about the organization's services, programs, and initiatives.
+ Assist callers with donations, registrations, event participation, or service requests while maintaining attention to detail.
+ Document and update customer interactions in the organization's CRM system to maintain accurate records.
+ Coordinate with internal teams to escalate complex issues or follow-ups, ensuring the caller's needs are met effectively.
+ Support outreach efforts and share information about upcoming campaigns, events, and volunteer opportunities.
+ Consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences that align with the nonprofit's mission of service and support.
Requirements
+ 1-2 years of call center, customer service, or related experience; nonprofit experience is a plus.
+ Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive and emotional conversations tactfully.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly desirable.
+ Ability to listen, empathize, and find solutions in real time for a variety of caller inquiries.
+ Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory.
+ Deep understanding and passion for nonprofit work and community service.
