Job Title: CMM Programmer

Location: Arvada, CO

Shift: 1st shift

Pay Range: $35 - $42/hour (Based on experience)

We take pride in delivering high-quality, high-tolerance components to our clients around the globe. We're currently seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to join our Quality Assurance team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) using PC-DMIS or equivalent software.
• Interpret complex blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T to develop accurate inspection routines.
• Conduct first article inspections (FAI), in-process inspections, and final part validations.
• Generate detailed inspection reports and maintain documentation for AS9100 or ISO 9001 compliance.
• Support engineering and production by identifying dimensional issues and recommending corrective actions.
• Perform gage R&R studies and assist with calibration of precision measurement equipment.
• Collaborate with machinists and engineers to ensure parts meet customer specifications.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in CMM programming and inspection in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar CMM software.
• Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and 3D models.
• Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, or other quality standards.
• Attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Hexagon, Mitutoyo, or Zeiss machines.
• Background in aerospace, defense, or medical device manufacturing.
• Experience with other metrology tools: optical comparators, height gages, micrometers, etc.
