Salary $95,000 - $115,000 plus Bonus

As the Bakery General Manager you are responsible for:

• Oversee all aspects of the Bakery, bakery production - People, financials, growth and vision
• Select, develop, and retain outstanding team members.
• Develop training and people development programs
• Develop strong working relationship with other aspects of the restaurant and retail operations

Great General Manager Candidates bring:

• Someone who can THINK BIG
• At least 3 - 4 years general management experience.
• Operational experience with a bakery or baked goods
• Baked Goods - Production experience and knowledge
• Ability to build the vision and expand the business....a builder!
• Experience in developing training and people development program
